Shilajit

I used to take Shilajit in the resin form and although it had a bitter taste, I could feel/notice improvements in my general health and wellbeing. I can't say the same for these capsules unfortunately. I am unsure if it could be due to a lower dose in capsule. Just my honest feedback.

I can only take one a day as it gave me palpitations. Other than this feel good.

Started to work in a few days. Feeling more clarity and have more energy.

Time will tell I guess!
