I find this product to be excellent for Restless Leg Syndrome. Over the years I have tried many, many Magnesium products & OXYENERGY 3 in 1 Magnesium stops the RSL consistently - meaning that I used to experience it nearly every night but not now! 😁 I have been taking it for over 1 month & don’t plan on stopping. Highly recommend.

Have 4 autoimmune conditions including lupus and arthritis..my energy levels are amazing my blocked gut is clear highly highly recommend..weight slowly moving..am on a lot of medications and the conditions themselves make weight loss very difficult but its slowly working..I certainly haven't gained weight since taking it awesome!!
